About us

Grown from a number of private consultancies, MPP Ltd was formally created in 2014 by founder Dave Rigby, a seasoned strategic HR professional with a track record of delivering pragmatic solutions to complex organisational, strategic and people-related challenges.

Working with a number of clients from the outset, the HR Service was later branded as ‘MY HR’ back in 2016, and our very own national job board ‘Our Bob’ was formally launched at the start of 2017.
